Noem-Sandlin too close to call

As East River votes are counted the race is neck and neck, depending upon which news outlet you're watching. At this hour KELO has it at 48-45, Sandlin. Fox News has it 49-45, Sandlin. No West River votes counted yet.

UPDATE FROM FOX News: 49-48, Sandlin. KELO: 48-45 Sandlin

No West River Precincts reporting.

UPDATE 8:06 P.M. 47-47 with 43 percent in.

UPDATE 8:17 P.M. 48-46 with 49 percent in, advantage NOEM

SECRETARY OF STATE WEB SITE AT 8:27: 47.54-46.32 advantage Sandlin

MELLETTE, PENNINGTON, SHANNON, STANLEY AND TODD COUNTIES HAVEN'T REPORTED. RACE TOO CLOSE TO CALL.

UPDATE: Noem takes the lead with Stanley, Mellette and Pennington partially reporting. Still too close. Meade and Pennington less than half precincts reporting showing near 60 percent for Noem.
