At Blogmore, there's a topic inviting folks to nominate a state firearm. Frequent Foruminant Interested Party nominated a backwards firing pistol on Blogmore. I happen to own a backwards firing pistol which is in my line of sight most of the time, especially when people suggest I run for the statehouse (again) from District 30.
I do nominate my specific pistol as the District 30 Firearm.

maybe you should consider relieving yourself upwind of a gale.
I piss into the wind a lot, but I don't generally do it in response to others' suggestions. I wait until they aren't looking.
