Lessons in how to promote a product

This is how the government and the fledgling law enforcement/prison guard industry took a product almost unknown to Americans and produced market penetration superior to that of Coke and Pepsi combined. See more here.



If legislatures actually believed that using cannabis led to weird orgies, wild parties and unleashed passions, they would be pumping it into the water.
