The whole point of free speech is not to make ideas exempt from criticism but to expose them to it.

Balls of Steel.

Wow, does Governor Sanford (SC) have
some major cajónes or what?

He calls a cabinet meeting, gives a few
brief apologies to a few key people,
then does a little light ass chewing
and tells everybody to get back to work.

One macho dude.

That Argentine woman must be a sizzler.

Imagine this is a song, sing it rather than read it as prose; you'll pick up the melody instinctively.

It will help if you have a at least a passing relationship with the works of Bob Dylan and Hank Thompson.

Imagine it is being sung by..., oh, some politician who recently got caught honeydippin'.
*************

WHY CAN'T I?

They did it.
They got awaaay with it.
Why can’t I get awaaaaaay with it, too.

I loved her.
I’m a guvner.
Why can’t I get awaaaaaay with it, too.

They say I am a hypocrite.
But I said I’m sorry. I really aaaaaam.
Why can’t I get awaaaaaay with it, too.

My wife is a trooper.
I pulled a blooper.
Why can’t I get awaaaaaay with it, too.

I’m a Republican.
I stand for family.
I think you need me.
Like my family doooooooes.
Why caaaaaaan’t I get awaaaaaay with it, too.

REPEAT VERSES OR ADD VERSES AS THEY OCCUR TO YOU

Some things are just worth giving up government for*.

Ask Mark Anthony.

(*Holy smokes, that sounds like a libertine talking!)
