I found Michael Bowman on facebook and cautioned him about growing hemp, because the feds could charge him with manufacture, and take his farm. He wrote back; "Hi Bob. Thanks. I'm spending about half my time in DC right now working with the Administration on this issue."
Whatever that means.
Anyway, he asked me to spread the word, so....
By dint of having appeared on the second-most listened-to radio program in America, Mike Bowman is now lead-lance in the hemp world, which is what the war on marijuana has always been about.
