As you know, my view on cannabis legalization is based on crafting viable liability law in state legislatures with some direction from HHS. I expect good things in the second Obama term.
Well, he didn't answer the question, and instead, referred it to Ron Paul who practically got laughed out of the room. That tells you just about all you need to know about the Republican position regarding reproduction rights. i.e. they don't really have one. They just like to pretend that they do.
You ask, Does this demonstrate anything of value? Yes, it demonstrates that Mitt has no guts to take a stand on anything... It demonstrates that Mitt is NOT a leader but a follower and an indecisive follower at that!
Saw this on the net and thought of Sanborn: "Calling Ron Paul an isolationist is like calling your neighbor a hermit because he doesn't come on your property and break your windows."
Romney's complete non-answer (this video leaves out to juiciest stuff: read Romney's full non-comments here) was a glittering example not of ignorance but of his sales-pitch B.S. Say everything, say nothing... say whatever it takes to get elected. One moment he tried to make himself sound like he's not the nut Santorum is. The next he suggested he sent the Roberts-Alito-Scalia signal to the right-wingers who would be happy to see him expand states' rights to local tyranny.

You're walking in a minefield, Bob; Ron Paul's view on states rights is his Achilles Heel.
Want to give more power to SD to do this? Even if cannabis were to become legal under federal law?
What's your point, Larry? Who should I support among the "Republicans?" Why?
Obama has already said scenes like the one you link to are fine with him.
My President, my choice.

Are you not a Gary Johnson guy?
If Gary Johnson is on whatever ballot I see, I'll vote for him.

Isn't the President supposed to swear to uphold the Constitution? He's right though, Ron Paul is the man for the job.

That's about as succinct as it gets, Taco.
