I finally realized that East River polls close BEFORE the polls in West River. So returns will start coming in from East River at 7 pm Rapid City time. I'll be at Sports Rock at 6:30.
We have a few dollars to spend on this party. It will be spent first on those who worked on the campaign. There's probably enough to buy you a beer even if you didn't work on the campaign. Hope to see you there.
