Watch this video at the KOTA site. Its title is amazing: "Medical Marijuana Floods State." Keep in mind it is talking about eight marijuana busts (where arrestees had medical cards from other states) over a period of time during which So. Dak. cops arrested over 2000 people for marijuana violations.
The clip gets cut in the middle of a quote from me. Here is what I said: "The fact that some people break marijuana laws doesn't justify putting people in jail who use marijuana for illnesses."

Oh, Bob. Tell me this really isn't surprising to you.
In a state that routinely sends the likes of Kristi Noem, Ted Klaudt, Jerry Apa, Gordon Howie, Bill Janklow and Don Kopp to make and enforce laws intended to brutalize and incarcerate its population, it is hardly surprising that mainstream news outlets use propaganda to sell adverts.
Go to Craigslist or your own favorite bulletin board and advise travelers to boycott South Dakota as a destination.

The campaign begins in earnest . .
It is against the law for tax dollars to be used by State government to campaign for/against ballot initiatives. LE bureaucrats may be functioning in a "gray area" with their work here. They are campaigning against a ballot initiative while on the taxpayer's dime.
Doubt the AG would be motivated to stop them. Busting pot smokers has been big business for these cats.
Ain't 'Merica great?
