Some things are just sooooooo stupid...

From a news item in today's Rapid City Journal: "The city of Belle Fourche is considering an ordinance that would require taxi drivers be able to speak, read and write in English."

Maybe if I repeat the sentence, and change its color and font, it will make sense.

    There are taxis in Belle Fourche? Sheep taxis maybe.

    Maybe the ordinance should read "sheepish" instead of "English?"
