Local woman accused of stabbing guest with butcher knife
A woman who allegedly stabbed her house guest in the thigh with a butcher knife could face 15 years in prison.
Monica Lone Hill, 30, pleaded not guilty to a charge of aggravated assault at her initial appearance Thursday.
Lone Hill was arrested on Tuesday after allegedly attacking her victim while in a drunken fit, according to a Pennington County prosecutor.
Magistrate Judge Shawn Pahlke set Lone Hill's bond at $5,000, ordered her to have no contact with her victim and to abstain from consuming alcohol.

I suspect they were fighting over who actually won the final round of Mah Jong.
The argument was actually over whether Picasso's blue period was the result of a creative decision or simply the result of a better price on blue paint.
Funny, Wayne.
The actual script washed off her hand and the improv went violent.
Repeating hopey, changey over and over again did not help her one bit.
That's right, Wayne. The conversation went like this: "I'll show you blue paint, you friend of Satan."
