Deadlocked on Ducks

The city council needed six votes to approve a $5 fine for feeding ducks at Canyon Lake. They had five. Perhaps the city can build a coin-op laundry at the lake so people can hose themselves off before leaving the park...

A motion to make the issue go away failed. So, it's continued...just like the goose crap.

    Every time I hear a flock of wild geese fly over, it sounds like they're all laughing. Now at least we know why.
