Clever editing

Some clever editing is not uncommon in newscasts in order to slant something one way or another. Bill pointed this out with the John Stewart piece here.

I commented that it wasn't real uncommon for other "news" organizations, however deplorable. Bill asked for examples.

Remember the white guys that were seen at the Town Hall packing guns? Did you know that one of those white racist gun-totin' guys who hated Obama because he was black, was actually black himself? No, you probably didn't know that. Why? Because the video of the black guy was carefully edited to not show any of his exposed skin. That would have ruined MSNBC host Contessa Brewer's report that those in attendence were "white people." Read about it here.
