This piece is the epitome of disinformation and propaganda--right down to the last line that claims there is authority in Article 1 Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution to take money from one American and give it to another in the name of health care charity.

Governor Mike, think of the revenue. Oh well, those darn fed's pulling highway funds again.
