You may have read the RC Journal's coverage of Bill Clayton's encounter with Emmett Reistroffer, who is leading the petition crew asking for a recall of Bill Clayton.
A few days ago Clayton approached a young woman, who was asking for signatures on the recall petition at the Penn Co court house, and told her she was was working for the wrong side. He then said, "I'll be back tomorrow and and if you're still here I'll personally throw your fat ass out."
It appears that Bill Clayton may have some personal issues.

Agreed, but he seems to be competing for size, not singularity.
