Hey Howie, did you put Wild Bill up to this?


Looks like Bill Napoli might be running for Governor. Whaddya think, Gordo? Good idea, or what? I'm thinking of sending him a check.

    One side of me hopes he runs: for the comedic relief; to shame West River; to shame the state's grandchildren from admitting their grandparent or parents live in South Dakota.

    Just so you know I am still alive (Bill F.).. The cartoons make me smile. Bill is a good man. Even when he is mad at me I like him :-)
